I’m Ali Peck and I launched Shiny People Company in 2014 after working for more than 20 years in senior HR roles influencing workplace behaviours to achieve business results.

I set up Shiny because I passionately believe we ALL have the potential to be more than we are. It’s just a question of knowing your strengths and creating opportunities to maximise them.

I’m a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with an MA in HR Management and an MSc in Occupational Psychology.
